WussPuss is the undisputed matriarch of the outdoor colony, a small but formidable leader whose age has only sharpened her authority. Don't let her petite frame or quiet presence fool you — she's a seasoned scrapper with a lifetime of victories behind her. Recently she lost three canines in a fight, but it hasn't slowed her down or softened her stance. WussPuss still delivers swift, decisive skiddy-paps to any cat who challenges her command. Fierce, resilient, and deeply respected, she remains the backbone of the colony's social order.

Gary - Porch Cat Ambassador & Senior Territory Enforcer

Gary may look like the saddest cat in the world, but appearances couldn't be more misleading. He's a deeply content porch cat living his best, most comfortable life — relaxed, friendly, and endlessly chill. Gary is the colony's calm center… until a newcomer tries to steal his food. Then he shifts into his secondary role as the porch-side bouncer, enforcing boundaries with great authority. Despite his tough moments, Gary is currently undergoing long-term heartworm treatment and handling it with remarkable patience and grace. A gentle soul with a strong sense of order, Gary is both beloved and respected in equal measure.

Shadow - Cat-in-Training & Assistant Bouncer-in-Development

Shadow is a sweet, slightly bewildered work-in-progress who's still figuring out the finer points of being a cat. Once shy and unsure, he's come a long way and now proudly serves as the colony's resident leg-rubbing assassin, silently appearing at your ankles with stealthy affection. His long black fur requires regular brushing, which he accepts with regal gratitude — especially when it frees him from the burrs he inevitably collects on his adventures. Under Gary's steady mentorship, Shadow has begun learning the ropes of porch security and newcomer management. With patience, guidance, and a growing sense of confidence, he's transforming into a capable, loyal member of the outdoor team.

Truffles - Vocal Outreach Coordinator & Back-Porch Detective Trainee

Truffles is the colony's resident singing cat, announcing his presence with a steady stream of heartfelt meows that echo across the yard. New to the scene and not yet fully accepted into the main group, he tends to keep a respectful distance, spending most of his time in the backyard where he can observe without stepping on any paws. Despite his cautious positioning, Truffles is an absolute sweetheart — a small brown tabby with a short, bristly tail and a gentle disposition that suggests he may be related to Nutmeg. Recently TNR'd and settling into outdoor life with growing confidence, he appears to be making quiet plans to join the back-porch mouse detection team. With patience and time, Truffles is well on his way to becoming a trusted member of the extended feline community.
